A. If you arrive after the office has closed, don’t worry—we have an after-hours check-in process. Stop by the office entrance and look for the after-hours arrival information. If you have a reservation, your check-in packet and site information will be available for you. Once you have your site assignment, proceed directly to your campsite and finish any remaining paperwork with the office the next day if needed. If you need assistance after hours, please call the campground at 865-428-4801 and follow any instructions provided in the message.

A: At Creekside RV Park, quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.

A: The speed limit throughout Creekside RV Park is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully at all times for the safety of our guests, children, pets, and staff. Thank you for helping us keep the park safe for everyone.

A: Yes. Creekside RV Park offers complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access for all guests throughout the park.

A: Yes! All campsites at Creekside RV Park include cable TV hookups as part of the site amenities. Simply connect your RV’s cable cord to the cable connection at your site and run a channel scan on your TV if needed.

A: Yes! Creekside RV Park has an on-site laundromat that is open 24 hours a day for the convenience of our registered guests. Whether you need to do a quick load during the day or laundry late at night, the facility is available around the clock.

A: Yes! Creekside RV Park offers a limited number of creekside campsites located along the creek that runs through the campground. These sites are some of our most popular because they provide a peaceful setting with the relaxing sounds of the water right outside your campsite. Creekside sites are subject to availability and often book well in advance, especially during peak season.

A: Yes! You can make a reservation online anytime through our website here. Our online reservation system allows you to check availability, select your campsite, and securely complete your booking. A: Check-in at Creekside RV Park begins at 1:00 PM, and guests may arrive any time after 1:00 PM on their arrival date.

A: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. We ask that guests depart by 11:00 AM so our team can prepare sites for arriving guests.

A: Early arrivals and late departures may be available depending on site availability and campground occupancy. Because we need time to prepare sites for incoming guests, we cannot guarantee either option in advance. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the office at 865-428-4801 as your arrival or departure date approaches. Our team will be happy to check availability and let you know what options are available.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations require a $65 deposit.
• If you need to cancel, the entire deposit can be credited to your Creekside RV Park account and used for a future reservation.
• Cancellation credits will expire 2 years from the cancellation date.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival may forfeit the entire deposit.
• There are no refunds for inclement weather or early departure

NOTE: Our system allows for pre-payment, but we recommend paying only the $65 deposit at booking. We do not offer refunds for full payments made before arrival. If you choose to pay in full and then need to cancel, you’ll receive camp credit for a future stay. To avoid this, please pay the deposit at booking and pay the balance no sooner than 3 days before arrival for maximum flexibility.

A: Yes! You are welcome to request side-by-side or nearby campsites when making your reservation. We offer a $40 lock fee for guests who wish to reserve a specific campsite number. • The lock fee applies only to stays of three nights or more
• The lock fee is completely optional
• You will remain within the site type you selected without paying a lock fee

A: The lock fee is only necessary if you want a specific campsite number. If you do not request a specific number, there is no need to pay the lock fee—you will still be assigned a site within the type of campsite you booked.

Why We Offer a Lock Fee:
The lock fee is available for guests who want the peace of mind of knowing they’ll have a particular site reserved. While this option is available, it is not required, and we do not actively encourage it. Our goal is to offer flexibility while accommodating specific preferences when possible.
We are committed to providing a memorable camping experience, and this policy allows us to balance flexibility with fairness for all guests.

A: The Lock Fee is an optional fee that allows guests to reserve and guarantee a specific campsite number. When a Lock Fee is purchased, Creekside RV Park will hold that exact site for the reservation unless circumstances beyond our control require a change.

A: No. Guests are guaranteed the site type they reserve, such as a pull-through site, back-in site, full-hookup site, or creekside site category. The Lock Fee is only required if you want to guarantee a specific site number within that site type.

A: Yes. Groups and families are welcome to request campsites near one another. We recommend booking as early as possible and noting your group members when making reservations. While adjacent sites cannot always be guaranteed, our staff will make every effort to accommodate requests for sites that are close together.

A: Yes. Guests may receive occasional package deliveries from carriers such as Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

A: No. Guests may not use Creekside RV Park’s address as a personal mailing address, residential address, driver’s license address, voter registration address, employment address, school address, or for any purpose intended to establish residency.

A: No. Personal mail, bank statements, government correspondence, tax documents, insurance documents, vehicle registrations, and similar mail are not permitted to be received at the campground.

A: Creekside RV Park is primarily a nightly vacation campground. Extended stay options may be available depending on availability, and pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis.

Additional guests age 7 and older are $3 per person per night.

Creekside RV Park is approximately 10 miles from Gatlinburg. Travel time is usually about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic and the time of year.

Creekside RV Park is approximately 12–15 miles from the main entrances to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Most guests can reach the park in about 25–35 minutes, depending on which entrance they use and current traffic conditions. The park offers hiking, wildlife viewing, scenic drives, waterfalls, fishing, and many other outdoor activities.

Creekside RV Park is close to many popular Pigeon Forge restaurants, from Southern comfort food to family dining and quick meals. Some guest favorites include:

Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and other package deliveries may be accepted for registered guests staying at the campground. Please contact the office before shipping any package to ensure proper handling. Personal mail and using the campground as a permanent mailing address are not permitted.

If you have an emergency involving safety, fire, medical assistance, or law enforcement, call 911 immediately.

For campground-related emergencies after office hours, follow the emergency contact instructions provided at check-in or posted by the office. For non-emergency issues, please contact the office during normal business hours and staff will assist you as soon as possible.

Yes! If you would like to extend your stay after you arrive, please contact the office as soon as possible. Extensions are based on site availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. During busy periods and peak season, sites may already be reserved for incoming guests, so requesting an extension early gives you the best chance of staying longer. No. Creekside RV Park is a recreational RV campground and is not intended for permanent residency. Extended stays are permitted, but guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere.

Guests may receive package deliveries during their stay. However, Creekside RV Park does not allow guests to use the campground as their permanent mailing address for personal mail. Using the campground as a permanent mailing address may result in termination of the stay.

No. Creekside RV Park is a nightly recreational campground and is not intended to serve as a permanent residence. Guests must maintain an alternate permanent residence and mailing address at all times.

Yes! Creekside RV Park offers extended stay and seasonal RV sites for qualified guests. Guests interested in a long-term stay must complete an application. Once the application is reviewed, an exact quote will be emailed based on the requested dates, site availability, and length of stay. When asked about pricing, we do not provide exact long-term rates over the phone. Instead, we advise guests that rates start at $800 and up, and a detailed quote will be provided after the application is submitted.

Yes! Creekside RV Park offers extended stay and monthly camping options for qualified guests, subject to availability. To get started, guests must complete an Extended Stay Application. Once the application is reviewed, an exact rate quote will be emailed. We do not provide exact extended-stay pricing over the phone; however, rates generally start at $800 and up, depending on the site, length of stay, and season. Our swimming pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. During the season, pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. No. Creekside RV Park does not permit skirting of any kind on seasonal or extended-stay sites.

No. Storage sheds, portable sheds, temporary sheds, and other unapproved storage structures are not permitted.
